If the booking is cancelled before 6th day prior to start of the program, then 10% of the program fee will be deducted as cancellation fees and 90% will be refunded within 6-10 business days.
If the booking is cancelled on or within 6th day prior to start of the program then 100% of program fee will be deducted as cancellation fees.
If you need to cancel your program due to COVID-19 then you can reschedule your booking free of charge or receive credits for deposit, which you can avail any time in future.
