If the booking is cancelled before 6th day prior to start of the program, then 10% of the program fee will be deducted as cancellation fees and 90% will be refunded within 6-10 business days.
If the booking is cancelled on or within 6th day prior to start of the program then 100% of program fee will be deducted as cancellation fees.
If you need to cancel your program due to any illness then you can reschedule your booking free of charge or receive credits for deposit, which you can avail any time in future.
