Ridhi Dama is a certified yoga instructor committed to guiding individuals toward holistic well-being through yoga. Her practice emphasizes balance—between body and mind, effort and ease, tradition and modern lifestyle needs.
She has completed:
- 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training from Ekam University, Jaipur in 2020
- Diploma in Yoga from Ekam University, Jaipur in 2020
Ridhi’s sessions are designed to enhance flexibility, improve focus, and reduce stress through a mix of traditional asanas, breathwork, and meditative techniques. Her calm demeanor and attentive teaching style make her sessions ideal for beginners as well as those looking to deepen their practice.
