Online Sessions Will Follow Following Sequence :
1. Om chanting - OM chanting helps you to connect with your true essence. When you chant OM, a vibration sound felt through your vocal cord that clears and opens up the sinuses. Chanting OM also has cardiovascular benefits. By chanting OM, the mind becomes aligned with the breath, which enables a person to get into an elevated state of consciousness called SAMADHI, which brings the materially absorbed mind under-control, which enables a person to have one-pointed focus towards spiritual realization.
2. Loosening practices ( Vyayamas )-
- Neck Bending
- Trunk Movement ( Katishakti Vikasak)
- Knee Movement (Katishakti Vikasak )
6.Asana
- Bakasana- Strengthens glutes, adductors, and shoulder stabilizers. It prepares you for most other arm balances, stretches your upper back and groin. Your spine is toned and strengthened, this asana can improve your sense of balance and focus. Helps to build confidence, courage and combat fear.
- Tree pose (Vrksasana )- It can help stretch and strengthen the ligaments and tendons in your feet. This asana can help you provide stability to your groin, thighs, hips and pelvis. It can also help in strengthening your leg increase steadiness.
- Virabhadrasana- This asana strengthens your shoulders, arms, legs, ankles and back. Opens your hips, chest and lungs. improves focus, balance and stability, encourages good circulation and respiration, energizes the entire body, and stimulates your abdominal organs.
- Utkatasana ( Chair Pose )- Strengthens the ankles, thighs, calves, and spine. Stretches shoulders and chest, reduces flat feet. Stimulates the abdominal organs and diaphragm, increases the heart rate, stimulating the circulatory and metabolic systems, builds endurance and stamina, while toning the nervous system.
- Phalakasana- Strengthens scapula (shoulder blade) stabilizers, particularly the serratus anterior, Develops core strength and overall balance/stability and Helps create stability in the shoulder joints.
7. Pranayama
- Kapalbhati - remove toxins and various other waste materials from the body and increase our pitta levels and hence improvement in our metabolic rates, which then supports weight loss. it will improve blood circulation, clean the abdominal organ, detox our body and give us peace of mind. This technique has an immense impact on our body and mind.
- Nadi Suddhi - Releases accumulated stress in the mind and body effectively and helps to relax and Helps purify and balance the nadis – the subtle energy channels, thereby ensuring a smooth flow of prana (life force) through the body.
- Bhramari - It reduces cerebral tensions, anger, anxiety, insomnia, blood pressure is also normalized with this. It is a very useful relaxation method as it quiets the stressed mind.
5. Relaxation
- Deep Relaxation Technique - help reduce anxiety and depression, which is important because these conditions can affect everything from emotional health to physical well-being and help keep your body and mind healthy and functioning at their best.
- Yoga Nidra - deep rest and relaxation that isn’t found in your average meditation practice. The stages of body scan and breath awareness alone can be practiced to calm the nervous system, leading to less stress and better health.

Annie is very good and nice yoga teacher(guru).It’s been less than a month only but I feel a change in myself externally and internally both.
