Online Sessions
This course is held online. Tapas Yoga is based in Gurugram, Haryana, India, and they will live-stream all Om chanting, Mantra chanting, so-hum Jap, Breathing practices (Nadisodhan, Bhastrika, Yog-Nidra) classes according to the different time zones via Zoom application which you can participate in by just using your phone or computer. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and your favorite yoga mats and props (if recommended) !
