In my Online Yoga sessions, I teach individuals, couples, family and remote groups. I start my sessions with light warm up and streching exercises which are followed by pranyama and meditation.
Sequence that I follow in my class is experiential learning:
1. Sukhshma Vyaayam (warm ups/stretches)
2. Pranayama / Breathing exercise.
3. Asanas (Focus area)
4. Yog Nidra
5. Dhyan (meditation)
6. Yogic wisdom and knowledge.
