NAMASTE! I'm Harpreet Kaur, Delhi based Expert Yoga Instructor. I have completed my Diploma in Yoga Science, Advance Yoga Sadhna, 400 hours TTC & 60hours Foundation course from MDNIY, New Delhi. Also learnt Primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga from Rishikesh.
I'm specialised in Classical Hatha Yoga which includes Loosening Practices (Sukshmvyayama, Sthoolavyayama), Cleansing Techniques (Shatkriyas), Sun Salutation (Suryanamaskara), Yogic Practices (Asana) , Yogic Breathing Awareness (Pranayama) , Meditation (Dhyana), Vedic Mantra Chantings & etc.
