Prenatal Yoga is a type of yoga designed for pregnant women & Postnatal Yoga focuses on recovery and restoration and can alleviate stress and depression after giving birth.
Prenatal yoga is about helping you prepare for childbirth by relaxing the body and focusing on safe techniques and poses in all stages of pregnancy.
Postnatal Yoga can be started a few days to a few weeks after childbirth, depending on how your delivery went.

NAMASTE! I'm Harpreet Kaur, Delhi based Expert Yoga Instructor. I have completed my Diploma in Yoga Science, Advance Yoga Sadhna, 400 hours TTC & 60hours Foundation course from MDNIY, New Delhi. Also learnt Primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga from Rishikesh.
