I am teaching since 2012..I focus on fitness, strength, stamina and flexibility… With that i am capable to teaching yoga to kids and very elderly people. I can handle diseases too. Yoga is my passion. I take sessions for guided meditation too for mental relaxation . Guided meditation is my speciality. .

'Wow' the start up for a beginner to a advance level is what I have personally seen and the type of traning she is giving has no words for me to explain. I joined myself and felt that in 2 months my flexibility has roused to extreme level and stress level has also almost come to an end after doing meditation.
We organised yoga sessions with Ms. Anu in my office and I must say that the experience was just wonderful. Her love for yoga and level of energy is much beyond what was expected.
