1. Asanas
You will learn different Asanas Postures of Ashtanga, Iyenger, Bhakti and Hatha Yoga in order to make you more flexible as well as giving you an understanding of their effects on the body and mind. The different types of Asanas you will learn in this course are as given below:
• Meditative Positions:
Sukhasana (Comfortable pose), Sidhasana (Adept’s Pose), Padmasana (Lotus Pose), Vajrasana (Thundebolt Pose) and many more .
• Dynamic Positions:

2. Pranayama (Breathing Techniques)
Pranayama is the ancient practice of controlling your breath in order to control the movement of life force through your body. Practicing pranayama is said to help calm and center the mind while soothing the body. You can practice pranayama by controlling your breathing in specific ways. To do different pranayamas, you will inhale and exhale through your nose and mouth in different patterns. In this Course you will learn about different breathing techniques which are important for the yogic practice. In this course we will teach you how it helps in the relaxation of muscles, reduce anxiety and depression, regulates blood pressure, stress etc. In this Course you will learn the following Breathing Techniques :

3. Cleanshing Techniques (Shatkarma)
Shatkarma internally purifies the body, which makes Pranayam and Meditation practice easier by preparing the body to perform these practice without distractions, discomfort and fatigue. These yogic cleansing practices will be integrated into the daily morning schedule. These will purify the nervous system, remove toxins and allow your breath to flow freely throughout the body. Yoga mudras are done in conjuction with breathing to increase the flow of Prana (Breath) in the body. 8. Meditation
Our course will make you more meditative than ever before reason being our philosophy lectures. They give you an insights in the functioning of human mind without understanding of which it becomes extremely hard to sit in meditation and as a result meditation becomes a torturous experience. Our meditation techniques are not just another concentration exercises instead they focus on changing the wrong impressions of your unconcious mind through a very deep analysis in meditation as well as other classes.
