Experience and benefits: Very good, quite informative & therapeutic, very peaceful environment. Yoga has helped me to reduce my anxiety &depression to an extent and I have more energy left to do my other work throughout the day. It has increased my mental strength and it has also improved my concentration.
I have been doing yoga for almost 1 and half years . I am into yoga for the first time and required somebody toning and also back strengthening. That’s when I got introduced to prabhat sir. What many months of gymming couldn’t do, yoga did. Yoga made me work with my own body and pushing myself further. Over the next course of months, I fell in love with yoga and until this day I don’t feel myself if I don’t do my yoga for the day. I’ve been practicing Hatha yoga with prabhat sir for over an year now. I’ve previously been to a few yoga and I can say with absolute certainty that this is the best yoga session . While the obvious beauty of the property where the classes are held is a huge draw (especially, for fitness procrastinators like me), the instructor prabhat is wonderful in equal measure, as he peppers every class with his personal brand of ‘personalisation’ and ‘attention to detail’. Whatever your motivations, look no further if you are looking to practice yoga.

I am with prabhat sir for about a quarter now. It has been an amazing experience . It has had devastating effects on both my body and mind.
